Automated Appointment Confirmation
As a courtesy to our clients, all appointments are automatically confirmed 48-hours prior to the scheduled service.

Scheduling Requirements
Appointments are recommended.

We welcome “walk-in” guests and will do our best to accomodate last minute requests for services if scheduling allows.

To ensure the complete benefits of your spa service, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation. This will allow you time to change into appropriate spa attire and complete personal history and consent form necessary for your particular service.

A credit card number or gift certificate number is required at the time of booking to guarantee all salon and spa services. Please refer to our cancellation policy prior to reserving your appointment time.

Cassandra Salon and Spa Client Cancellation Policy
A credit card or gift certificate number is required to guarantee any and all salon/spa appointments. Cassandra Salon and Spa observes strict privacy policies and will not disclose this information to any other party. Your credit card number or gift certificate number will be securely kept in your history file.

Should cancellation occur through no fault of Cassandra Salon and Spa,
    less than 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment time and Cassandra Salon
    and Spa is unable to fill the cancelled time, 50% of the service cost will be applied
    to the client's credit card or gift certificate number on file.

Should a client not arrive for a scheduled appointment without providing any
notification, the full amount of the service will be applied to the credit card
or gift certificate number on file.

Should a client not wish to provide credit card information for their client card file,
it is requested that payment for the requested service be provided at the time
of scheduling.

Should a client arrive late for a scheduled appointment through no fault of
    Cassandra Salon and Spa and either partial or no part of the service
    can be provided, the client is responsible for the full amount of
    the scheduled service.

Payment Options
We accept the following forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, debit cards, personal checks with a valid ID, travelers' checks, Cassandra Gift Certificates, SpaFinder Gift Certificates and cash.

Prices
Menu Prices are subject to change.

Gratuities
Our menu prices do not include gratuity. An 18% gratuity will be added to the service total for any individual packages of three or more services and to groups of four or more guests upon completion of the services. Gratuity may be included in any gift certificate purchases for salon and spa services.

Refreshments
Please enjoy our complimentary beverages and cookies while you are here.
While receiving services, we are pleased to offer the convenience of our cafe menu for your enjoyment. Menu orders will be added to your final bill. A $1.00 delivery charge is added to every order.

A “Spa Lunch” can be added to any gift package for an additional $11.00. For gift packages of four or more services, the Spa Lunch is included, complimentary.

We request that food not be brought into the spa treatment rooms or manicure area.

Spa Tranquility
To ensure the personal relaxation and tranquility of each and every one of our spa guests, we request that all cell phones and pagers be turned off when entering the spa area. Whispered voices are appreciated while in the spa relaxation area or treatment rooms.

We strive to maintain a safe and calming atmosphere for all visitors and request that any child not receiving a salon or spa service remain in the reception area with an accompanying adult.

Age Requirements
For the Spa: Clients over the age of 12 are welcome to enjoy services in our spa. A parent or adult guardian must accompany all salon and spa clients under the age of 16.

For the Salon: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.

We must receive permission from either a parent or guardian before we begin a spa treatment or chemical hair service on any child under the age of 16.

Spa Locker Rooms:
Comfortable and appropriate spa attire is available for you to change into prior to your treatment. Our beautifully appointed Ladies' and Men's locker rooms feature a shower to refresh after treatments and lockers to safely store your belongings.

Clients receiving chemical salon services may ask for a smock to change into to protect their clothing.

Loss and Damage
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles.

Consultations:
A consultation is a perfect opportunity to become acquainted with the technician and address any questions you may have before receiving your service. Our technicians are highly trained professionals and will advise on the treatment best suited to your needs and expectations. Certain procedures, such as lash extensions or hair straightening, require a consultation prior to the service and a fee may be applicable. Please inquire with Guest Services.

We ask that you complete a personal history and consent form prior to receiving any facial or body treatment. This information provides insight to your overall health and is considered confidential and kept secure in your client record. Due to certain medical conditions, your technician may advise against a particular treatment or therapy and suggest an appropriate alternative.

Deposits:
Specialty services, such as hair straightening or hair extensions, may require a deposit at the time of scheduling. Please inquire with Guest Services.

Bridal Parties and Group Bookings:
Whether it's the bride and her attendants preparing for that special day, co-workers celebrating a goal achieved or simply friends getting together for an afternoon of relaxation, our Guest Services Coordinator will gladly work with you to arrange services to meet your group's individual needs. Special hours and Sunday appointments are available and are priced upon consultation.
