 What time should I arrive for my spa services? At cassandra, we suggest that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your spa service to unwind and enjoy our serenity room. You will be welcomed at the door, and if you are a first-time guest, acquainted with the spa. Can I make requests during my treatment? Absolutely! Our spa professionals thrive on open communication with guests, and will accommodate you in whatever way they can to make your treatment as beneficial and comfortable as possible. Please let us know your preference before and during your appointment, for example, level of massage intensity or specific problems with your complexion. Should I shave before my services? We recommend that guests shave several hours before their appointment, unless advised otherwise at the time of booking. If you are taking a waxing service, we suggest a two-week hair growth period, or hair that's at least 1/4" long. Are gratuities included? Gratuities are not included in the price of individual spa or salon services. We do include an 18% gratuity in packages, for your gifting convenience. Should I disrobe entirely for my spa treatments? Full disrobing is common with massage and body treatments, however, it is optional. Please bear in mind that our therapists are trained to appropriately drape you with towels for privacy as they perform your service.
