Our membership to the elite hairdressing organization, Intercoiffure along with our status as the region’s only Goldwell Titanium Salon ensures a world-class level of continuing education and hands-on training for our dedicated team of hairstyling professionals.

We do not issue refunds on Salon & Spa services. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 5 days of your service. We will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction.
GIFT CARD POLICYCassandra gift cards may be enjoyed for the purchase of goods and services (but not for other gift cards). Gift cards are transferrable but cannot be returned, refunded or redeemed for cash. Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
