Where is Cassandra Salon & Spa located and what are your hours?
You'll find us at 225 Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua, NH. We're open Monday and Friday 8:30am to 8pm, Tuesday through Thursday 8:30am to 9pm, and Saturday 8:30am to 5pm.
What services does Cassandra Salon & Spa offer?
We offer hair extensions and styling, integrative spa facials, lash and brow enhancements, manicures and pedicures, and wedding beauty services. Every visit is customized to your goals, blending expert technique with holistic care.
Do you offer hair extensions?
Yes, we specialize in premium hair extensions that add length, volume, and versatility with a seamless, natural blend. Our team uses the Hairdreams system to create long lasting results suited to your hair type.
What can I expect from a facial at the Spa?
Our facials pair advanced technology with whole plant medicine, customized to your skin's needs. We partner with Laurel Whole Plant Organics, a 100% organic, flower and herb based line, and our estheticians hold advanced certifications in skincare.
Do you offer wedding hair and makeup services?
Yes, our Weddings & Events team handles bridal hair, makeup, and grooming for the whole wedding party. From trial runs to day of styling, we help you feel relaxed and camera ready for your big day.
Is there a consultation fee for lash or hair extensions?
New lash extension clients pay a $35 consultation fee, which is applied toward your appointment. Hair extension consultations also carry a fee that's credited to your service if you book within a month.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This lets us offer your reserved time to another guest who's waiting for an opening.
Do you offer refunds on services?
We don't issue refunds on salon or spa services. If you're not fully satisfied, let us know within 5 days and we'll work to make it right.
Should I tell you about recent cosmetic treatments before a spa service?
Yes, please let us know if you've had Botox, fillers, microblading, permanent makeup, laser resurfacing, or use prescription retinoic acid. This helps our estheticians plan a safe, effective treatment for your skin.
How much does a bridal hair and makeup trial cost?
A bride's hair consult and trial starts at $175, and a makeup consult and trial starts at $115. Eyelash extensions for your wedding are priced after a personal consultation.
What skincare products do you use for facials?
We use Laurel Whole Plant Organics, a 100% organic, flower and herb based skincare line. It's rooted in Slow Beauty principles, so every facial nurtures your skin with plant powered, results driven ingredients.
What hair care products do you use for treatments?
Our healthy hair treatments feature BondPro, Olaplex, Kerastase, Goldwell, and Malibu. These premium lines strengthen, nourish, and repair hair, which is especially helpful if you wear extensions.
