Service Guarantee
Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and guest care. While salon and spa services are non-refundable, your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment so we may review the situation and discuss appropriate adjustments when warranted.
Retail Product Returns
Retail product returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase if unused, unopened and accompanied by the original receipt. Opened or used products may be exchanged for store credit only.
Gift Certificate Policy
Cassandra gift cards may be used for the purchase of goods and services (not for other gift cards). Gift cards are transferrable, but cannot be returned, refunded or redeemed for cash. Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Cancellation Policy
At Cassandra Salon and Spa, appointments are reserved exclusively for you. We understand that plans may change and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another guest.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. This fee may be charged to the card on file or collected prior to your next booking.
For your convenience, appointment may be cancelled by phone or through our online booking system up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Please note that we do not accept cancellations via email, social media or automated text reminders.
To make changes within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact our Guest Services Team directly at 603-888-3300.
Credit card deposits may be required for group bookings, specialty services or in cases of repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
We appreciate your cooperation in following this policy which allows us to maintain availability and provide exceptional service for all of our guests.
Late Arrival Policy
Your time at Cassandra Salon and Spa is deeply values and each appointment is carefully planned to provide you with the highest level of personalized care.
To maintain the quality and flow of our services, we kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment.
Guests arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time may have their service modified or rescheduled to ensure fairness to other guests.
Charges may apply when appointments cannot be completed as scheduled due to late arrival.

Online Booking & Service Selection
To ensure the best possible experience, we encourage guests to carefully review service descriptions when booking online. If you are unsure which service is most appropriate for your needs, our Guest Services Team is happy to assist you.
Certain services may require additional consultation, timing or pricing adjustments based on hair length, density, previous color history, service complexity or other factors identified during your consultation.
Service recommendations and adjustments may be made at the time of your appointment to ensure the best possible outcome.
New guests may be asked to select designated New Guest services to allow additional consultation time and a more personalized experience.

To provide the exceptional level of service you have come to expect from us, we utilize your personal information strictly for the purpose of conducting essential business operations.
We use your information, including your personal information, to provide our services as well as to communicate with you, respond to your inquiries and book appointments. If applicable, we may communicate about special events through email.
We may contract with companies or persons to provide certain services including text marketing, credit card processing and scheduling software.
Our Service Providers may have access to the information needed for them to perform these services for our business. We do not share your personal information with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We ensure your information is never sold, rented, released or traded. We do not buy, sell, or share text messaging opt-in information. Our sole intent of communicating through text messaging is to confirm and communicate regarding your scheduled appointments.
Text Message Opt- Out: If you are receiving text messages from us and wish to stop receiving them, simply respond with either “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the number from which you received the message. Once we receive your message, you will no longer receive further text messages from us.

No individual personal information such as appointment bookings, gift card purchases, or other sensitive information is accessible to any third party. Your payment and personal information is always safe. We do not store any credit card information on file, and we do not share or sell any personal information.
