At Cassandra Salon and Spa, we believe exceptional service begins with exceptional education.

Our level system is designed to provide guests with flexibility when choosing the stylist experience that best fits their needs  and preferences, while also supporting the continued growth and development of our team. 

Each stylist advances through our level system based on a combination of experience, advanced education, technical expertise, guest demand and years behind the chair.  Regardless of level, every stylist at Cassandra is supported through our collaborative culture, ongoing education and commitment to excellence.

For over 45 years, Cassandra has built a reputation for artistry, professionalism and personalized guest care.  Our level system reflects that commitment by creating opportunities for both emerging and experienced professionals to thrive.

New Talent

Our New Talent stylists have completed Cassandra’s advanced training program beyond cosmetology school and continue refining their skills through hands-on experience, mentorship and continued education.  

Levels 1-2

Level 1-2 stylist continue to build experience while growing their clientele and refining their technical expertise through advanced education and mentorship with our salon culture.  (Services may require additional appointment time as part of their continued development and commitment to delivering  exceptional results.)

Level 3 

Level 3 stylists offer a strong balance of experience, technical expertise and advanced education.  With established  clientele and years of experience behind the chair, they are highly skilled in delivering personalized services and consistent results.

Levels 4-5

Level 4-5 stylists are senior-level artists with extensive experience, advanced technical training, specialized expertise and high guest demand.  Many serve as mentors and educators within our salon, helping guide the next generation of Cassandra professionals while continuing to refine their own craft through advanced industry education.

Choosing a Stylist

There is no “right” or “wrong” level when choosing a stylist.

Every member of our team is carefully selected, extensively trained and supported through Cassandra’s education- focused culture.  Our level system simply allows guests to choose the experience level, availability and pricing structure that best aligns with their preferences.  If you’re unsure where to begin, our Guest Services Team would be happy to help match you with the stylist best suited to your goals.
